Labor Day weekend is upon us. It's a strange tradition that we celebrate Labor Day by not laboring. I guess it's because we all deserve a day off after all our hard work. If you have a job, whether paying or not, be thankful. There are lots of people out there who would give anything to be able to support themselves and their families. Work is a gift that gives us dignity and purpose. Never take it for granted, no matter how menial or important your job may seem.
So, enjoy your Labor Day weekend. Stay safe. And don't forget to give thanks for your work.
