This is someone I actually saw on the road. I don't know him. Freaked me out when I saw him behind us. I wasn't sure if I was really seeing what I thought I was. But then he changed lanes and I snapped this picture. Super creepy. Oh, and no worries. I wasn't driving. I was the passenger.
